David Turner has been a professional picture framer in Belfast for over 35 years. Starting as fresh faced 19 year old in a well known gallery on the upper Lisburn Road, David spent eight years learning his profession, becoming a specialist in framing. Over the next five years David worked for an established commercial framing gallery in Belfast City Centre where he developed his skills and knowledge, bringing his advice and experience to an increasingly wide range of customer needs. This included providing advice to collectors and interior designers as well as providing a friendly service to customers wishing to buy art and limited edition prints for their homes. David obtained BA Honours and MFA Degrees in Fine Art from Ulster University 2001 - 2006.  This new knowledge allowed David to broaden his experience to offer freelance services to a number of established galleries and framers in Belfast and further afield. 2009 saw David gain his Guild Commended Framer professional qualification in Picture Framing from The Fine Art Trade Guild.  David continues to run Turner Framing whilst pursuing his interest in selling urban, graffiti and street art in his new gallery on the Ravenhill Road.
